Only companies in Spain whose median base salary, counting all their salaries, is €45,000 or more. The rest are not shown.
How it is calculated
Source. Individual salaries from Levels.fyi, each kept only if its own location is in Spain. A base under €15,000 a year, below the full-time minimum wage, is left out.
When. Reported from Nov 2018 to Oct 2026, half of them since Sep 2024. Older salaries stay in, so figures can trail what companies offer today.
Which companies. For each company, the median base salary over all its salaries, any role and experience. It is shown if that reaches €45,000; the rest are left out.
Groups of 5 or more. By role, region and years of experience. No figure comes from fewer than 5 salaries, the middle half needs 10, and every amount is rounded to the nearest €1,000, so nobody's pay can be read off a figure.
What you see. Median base, the middle half (p25–p75), median total pay (base + bonus + stock) and the share with a base of €60,000 or more. They describe these companies, not all of Spain.
